Dashboard Overview

In this article: Revenue Forecast, Drivers, Account Details

The Dashboard presents a high-level overview of your business managed through Magnify. It displays AI-generated revenue forecasts and the key drivers influencing your customer base.

The dashboard is comprised of the following components:

Revenue Forecast

The Revenue Forecast displays historical and AI-generated forecast data for your accounts, including Renewals, Expansion, and Churn. Data is presented across three time periods:

Current Quarter QTD: Historical actuals for the current quarter to date, based on closed revenue records

Current Quarter Remainder: AI-generated forecasts for the remainder of the current quarter

Next Quarter: AI-generated forecasts for the full next quarter

Each revenue record receives an individual forecast judgment (Forecasted Closed Amount), enabling granular, auditable predictions rather than aggregate statistical estimates. For more detail on how the forecast is calculated, see Revenue Forecast.

Drivers

Drivers represent the most impactful factors influencing revenue outcomes across your customer base, as identified by Magnify’s AI. Each driver includes:

  • Driver Name — a label identifying the driver
  • Driver Summary — an explanation of what the driver represents and why it matters
  • Driver Metric Label — the specific metric associated with the driver
  • Impact Severity — a per-account rating (High, Medium, or Low) indicating how significantly the driver affects each account

A synopsis at the top of the Drivers section of the dashboard provides a tenant-level narrative explaining why these particular drivers were selected and what they mean for your business overall.

For more detail on interpreting drivers, see AI-Powered Drivers.
