User Management

Role Types

Magnify currently supports the following role types:

Role Permissions
Super Admins Ability to add integrations and users. Contact support@magnify.io to give a user this role
Admins Ability to add other users and/or admins
Users Cannot add other users and/or admins

 

Adding Users

1. To add a user, navigate to Account Settings by hovering over your username in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Users.

2. Click +Add new user.

3. Enter the email address and select the role type and click Save.

Editing Users

1. To edit a user’s role, navigate to Account Settings by hovering over your username in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Users.

2. Locate the user you wish to edit and select the appropriate role from the dropdown.

Deleting Users

1. To delete a user, navigate to Account Settings by hovering over your username in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Users.

2. Locate the user you wish to delete, click and then select Delete User

3. Confirm the action by selecting Yes, delete user.
