Definitions of Fields Found on the Magnify Insights Dashboard

The following terms apply to fields displayed on the Magnify Insights dashboard. Historical terms reflect actual revenue outcomes; forecast terms reflect AI-generated predictions for the current quarter remainder and next quarter.

Attribution DateThe date a revenue record's amount is reflected on the dashboard. May differ from the close date based on your organization's business rules. For example, if a closed-won renewal on the first day of Q1 is attributed to the prior quarter by your business rules, the Attribution Date would be the last day of Q4.Per revenue record
Available to Renew (ATR)The expected renewal amount for a revenue record. Where ATR is present, renewal forecasts are capped at this value and any excess above ATR is treated as expansion. Any shortfall below ATR is treated as churn.Used in forecast calculations; nullable
Forecasted Closed AmountThe AI-generated dollar forecast for an open revenue record. A value of $0 indicates the AI forecasts a closed-lost outcome. This is the primary numeric output of the Magnify forecast engine.Per revenue record
Churn ForecastAccount level: Prediction of revenue decline per account. For subscription accounts, churn forecasts apply only to time periods in which a subscription is up for renewal — Magnify does not forecast out-of-cycle churn.Aggregate: The churn forecast for a given time period is the sum of all account-level churn forecasts in that period.Calculated on an account basis. Expansion ForecastAccount level: Prediction of revenue increase per account. Renewal ForecastAccount level: Prediction of retained revenue. At the account level, this is the forecast of the amount of revenue retention following expiration. For example, for an account with $100K revenue expiring in a quarter with a $10K churn forecast, the Renewal Forecast will be $90K.Aggregate: Sum of the Renewal Forecast for all accounts with renewal occurring in a given time period.Calculated on an account basis. Driver Terms

The following terms relate to AI-powered drivers, which identify the behavioral and operational signals most predictive of churn, expansion, and renewal outcomes for your customer base. Drivers replace the probability-based churn, expansion, and trial conversion segments used in the prior ML-powered experience.

The following fields are available on the Account Forecast object in Magnify Insights within the Motion Builder. Fields are sourced from the AI-powered forecast engine and cover three time periods: Current Quarter QTD (historical actuals based on closed records), Current Quarter Remainder (AI forecast for open records), and Next Quarter (AI forecast).
