In addition to operational statistics and Motion Goal reporting, Magnify also provides visibility into bottlenecks that could be resulting from technical issues, or from friction in your engagement strategy, allowing for easy troubleshooting in your automations.
To access the Motion State report for any live or completed motion, navigate to the Motions dashboard, find the motion for which you wish to view the state, and click on the blue-highlighted status (see example below). You can also access the Motion State from any Motion reporting dashboard by clicking the button in the upper-right-hand corner.
The Motion State view details the funnel of operational statistics for the Motion. For each Motion step, you will see the number of participants who are active in the step, have completed the step, or have errored. These statistics are shown as both totals and percentages.
