Magnify Insights
Generating insights based on Magnify's Machine Learning model requires at least 13 months of revenue data (more if possible) and confirmation the last quarter for which account revenue and contract data are fully updated in your systems of record.
When onboarding to Magnify Insights, you will be asked to fill out our Onboarding Questionnaire, providing details on the requirements below. While not required, Magnify recommends including a data science/BI analyst resource on your implementation team.
As a part of the Onboarding Questionnaire, you will provide historical revenue for the last 4 quarters in .csv format (and accompanying SQL queries that include contract start and end dates as a part of the query), specifically broken out to include:

- Starting Amount
- Renewal Amount
- Churn/Downgrade Amount
- Expansion Amount
- Ending Amount
Magnify will also require at least 13 months of product telemetry/behavior data, such as logins, and relevant feature usage, along with time stamps. This can be at the account level or user level, depending on how you aggregate the data. Similar comment on time periods.
Depending on the nature of your specific product and customer base, Magnify may also require mappings linking revenue-owning accounts to product entitlements, as well as clear product mapping for telemetry data.
- Firmographic data - Examples: company size, segment
- Support related data - Examples: tickets, severity
- Marketing data - Examples: webinar attendance, email opens
- Customer Success data - Examples: CS sentiment, meetings with CSMs with dates
- Any other relevant user/account data - Examples: customer community, LMS
