Magnify’s AI-Powered Drivers identify the most impactful factors influencing revenue outcomes across your customer base. Rather than relying on statistical correlation alone, Magnify’s AI evaluates your data to surface the specific drivers that matter most — along with clear explanations of what each driver means and how it affects individual accounts.
What Are Drivers?
Drivers are the key factors that influence churn, expansion, and revenue retention across your accounts. Each driver identified by Magnify’s AI includes the following information:
- Driver Name — a concise label identifying the driver (e.g., "Support Ticket Volume," "Product Usage Decline")
- Driver Summary — an explanation of what the driver represents, why it was selected, and what actions you might consider.
- Driver Metric Label — the specific metric associated with the driver (e.g., "Avg. Monthly Tickets," "DAU/MAU Ratio")
Drivers are displayed on the Dashboard in the Drivers section. Each driver provides a clear narrative about what is happening and why, enabling you to quickly understand the forces shaping your customer base.
Driver Details
Each driver can be explored in detail to see how it impacts individual accounts. When you drill into a specific driver, you will see:
- The driver’s full summary narrative
- A list of affected accounts with their individual impact ratings
- The specific metric value for each account relative to the driver
Impact Severity
Each account is assigned an Impact Severity rating for each driver:
- High — The driver is having a significant impact on this account’s revenue trajectory
- Medium — The driver is having a moderate impact on this account
- Low — The driver has a minor or emerging impact on this account
Impact Severity is assessed per account, per driver — meaning the same account may have High severity for one driver and Low for another. This provides a nuanced view of which factors matter most for each specific account.
Account Details
For each driver, Magnify displays the accounts affected along with:
- A Brief Account Summary — a concise AI-generated narrative (under 200 characters) summarizing the account’s current state and outlook
- The account’s Impact Severity for the selected driver
- The account’s specific metric value for the driver
You can use the account table to identify which accounts require attention for a given driver and prioritize your outreach accordingly.
