Welcome to the Magnify documentation! Here you will learn how to use the Magnify platform to build automation workflows that enable your organization to generate business insights from user behavior to drive engagement, product adoption, and satisfaction.
What is Magnify?
Magnify has pioneered a new software category called Customer Growth Automation, which has three essential elements:
- An integrated understanding of user behavior across all your systems
- AI-powered insights that identify the reasons why users and accounts convert, churn, and expand
- Automatic, personalized, and targeted digital engagement with every user and account to improve outcomes based on AI-generated insights
Magnify is the first platform to combine all three of these components into one solution. Magnify integrates all customer-facing systems, uses AI to understand what drives churn and expansion, and then automatically engages with each user in product, email, chat, and more to drive adoption — all using your existing tools.
Key System Components
AI Assistant
The Agent page is the primary experience when you log in to Magnify. It provides a conversational interface with the Magnify AI assistant, enabling you to explore your customer data through natural language. You can ask questions about your accounts, identify trends, and turn insights into action — including creating motions directly from the conversation.
Dashboard
The Dashboard presents a high-level overview of your business managed through Magnify. It displays AI-generated revenue forecasts across current and future quarters, along with the top drivers of churn, expansion, and revenue trends identified by Magnify’s AI.
Motions
Magnify's workflow automation capability is called Motions. Motions are a set of steps that create a workflow based on rules and actions, built on your integrated tool stack. With motions you define a segmentation model and place users or accounts into a predetermined set of steps through the Motion Builder. The Motion Builder supports both a drag-and-drop interface for building workflows and an AI assistant that can help you create motions from natural language descriptions.
Workspace
The Workspace is where email templates are stored, created, and updated.
Integrations
Magnify integrations are a streamlined way to connect your tool stack to the Magnify platform. Integrations are available for popular applications, services, and platforms, like Salesforce, Gainsight, Snowflake and more. Refer to our Integration Guides for more details on how to connect Magnify to your existing systems.
