Here you will learn how to use the Magnify platform to build automation workflows that enable your organization to generate business insights from user behavior to drive engagement, product adoption, and satisfaction.
What is Magnify?
Magnify has pioneered a new software category, called Customer Lifecycle Automation, which has three essential elements:
- An integrated understanding of user behavior across all your systems
- Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to identify the reasons why users and accounts convert, churn, and expand
- Automatic, personalized, and targeted digital touch with every user and account to improve engagement based on the AI/ML insights
Magnify is the first platform to combine all three of these components into one solution. Magnify integrates all customer-facing systems, uses AI to understand what drives churn and expansion, and then automatically engages with each user in product, email, chat, and more to drive adoption, all using existing tools.
Key System Components
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main screen that appears when you first log in to your Magnify account. It contains powerful information related to Revenue Retention Forecasting along with drivers of churn, expansion, and conversion harnessed by Magnify’s robust Predictive Insights. Additionally, you can see any motions that are actively running along with high level account metrics about your customers.
Motions
At the center of Magnify are motions. Motions are a set of steps that create a workflow based on rules and actions, based on your integrated tool stack. With motions you define a segmentation model and place users or accounts into a predetermined set of steps through the Motion Builder.
The Motion Builder is an easy to use drag and drop interface which links the various rules and actions together leveraging a low code workflow.
Workspace
The Workspace is where email templates are stored, created, and updated.
Integrations
Magnify integrations are a streamlined way to connect your tool stack to the Magnify platform. Integrations are available for popular applications, services, and platforms, like Salesforce, Gainsight, Snowflake and more.
